Faster than the speed of light?

Mankind is always striving to understand more about the universe, and we learn new things every day; some trivial and some very significant.  One example of the latter has recently come out of Europe.  Google "Cern's discovery of subatomic particles traveling faster than light" for more information.  According to various online sources, if verified, it would overturn a scientific dogma that has stood since Albert Einstein published his theory of relativity early in the 20th century: that nothing can move faster than light – 299,792,458 metres per second. If verified, the fallout and ripple effects will be huge.

But for God there is nothing new under the sun, or under heaven for that matter.  No surprises here, since he designed it all anyway.  Why can't people just accept that? (rhetorical question).

Psalm 119:89-93 (NIV)
89 Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.  90 Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures.  91 Your laws endure to this day, for all things serve you.  92 If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.  93 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.
