I am so grateful today for a good report concerning the health of a friend who has been fighting an aggressive cancer for the past six months.  It's hard not to be anxious.  Even when we trust Him, we may be dismayed at what He allows in our lives.  Even though we know He loves us, it doesn't take away the pain when we watch suffering.  Sometimes it's really tough, but today is a day for gratitude.
